Welcome to British Airways Circus!!!!!!

Had the most awful time with this airline today. I fly regularly and know how the process works. I was on time for my check-in, I asked a worker if I am at the right check-in gate and she said that I must stand in that line, so I went and stood there and then this guy came and moved me to another lane, I stood there for almost 15 min before I asked the guy if I’m in the right lane, and then this MOTHER****ER told me that my check-in gate is already closed. I tried begging, I tried fighting but, I explained exactly to him what happened and that this is not my fault!!!!! Now I had to move my flight and pay the R3000 difference. I will take this up with every manager I can get hold of, I will post this to every social media that I possibly can. THIS IS A **** SHOW RIGHT HERE!!!! The employees are definitely not helpful...
