Waiting for 3 years to get a refund from BA

I had 3 tickets booked on BA via Vitality for December 2020. BA canceled the flights and since then I have spent hundreds of rands in telephone calls and emails to get a refund on my tickets. This past week they emailed me to say I am going to get my money back just to inform me that I must phone another number, because I booked it through Vitality. I feel their customer care and relations are no good and you wait forever for them to answer any calls, just to tell your story again, and just to be transferred to someone else, and the whole process starts again. All I want is my money back
