Voucher query

cancel flight last year 22 July Ref M8C2KF and apply voucher.total amount R9548. 40...from this amount they split into two... I book two returns flights from Or Tambo to Durban Ref QSPGS9 and 034LF8 they depart on 25th of September the total amount was R3131. 36 and I book again return flight from Or Tambo to East London Ref number PE3CWH total amount was R1753. 11..... respond from when I'm trying to use voucher again... According to your system my balance is R1118... Please send me all the information that appears on your system under this reference M8C2KF... So that I can see what went through from i hope your system have the whole information... My can't just disappear on your without any prove... I received an email saying Musa Mashinini was trying to book flight but he didn't complete the booking... but when we call your call center to to cancel that ticket that is on hold... They said the is nothing showing that the is a ticket that is on hold...... I don't who can help me with... I need a closure I can't just lose R4664. 04.
