Very Poor Customer Service

Terrible customer service. The email address to contact for domestic enquires, doesn't exist. The phone number you hold for at least 20 min before a consultant speaks to you. They cancelled my flight and 7 weeks later Im still waiting for my refund . . . Come on guys, you're dropping the ball big time. Wont book through you again
