Very helpful and great spirited
I've had to call to call BA to enquire about their services for minors flying alone. And had to call in again today to do my booking. i goy through to Jabulile on both occasions. I must say she been very helpful and patient in assisting me with all the questions and conserns that come naturally to a mom sending a 6 year on a flight alone. I just want to complement her and give her a smile in return of the peace of mind she has given me. You are the bomb Jabulile.
