VERY BAD SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED

i was supposed to fly to Cape Town on the 12 March 2022 and when i was about to check in i was told the flights were grounded till further notice, i asked for refund immediately and was told will get my money after 7 working days till today i never get a cent but those i booked with who were already in Cape Town got their money few days after canceling, why are you keeping my hard earned cash to yourself?i lost a lot because i was going to cape town for holiday, booked accommodation and lost that money.
