Very bad communication

Flight got delayed twise with no communication. I understand that flights get delayed due to weather and so forth but this was very unprofessional. I have been at the airport for more than 4 hours due to this non-communication. It is un acceptable. I could have made alternative arrangements if I only knew. Very bad service. They did not even send me my boarding pass after 3 requests. Unacceptable!!!
