Utter disgust & *******

I app**** for a future travel voucher two weeks before our departure flight. 2 days ago (a week after our flight departure) I received a response saying I'm not eligible for a future flight voucher), with no explanation as to why! Our entire country is on lockdown, we not even allowed to walk our dog, let alone fly across the country and yet BA will not give me a future flight voucher?! Utterlv disappointed and not impressed!
