Useless service

In April I booked 2 BRITISH AIRWAYS tickets to CT but then had to undergo emergency surgery so i had to cancel my flights. Since then (8 mnths) I have been trying to change my flight with no success. I have called and hang on for hours at a time. I have sent over 50 emails to *** with NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Please dont ever book a ticket with them,you will regret it if you have to change it.... they also havent even tried to contant me for a change in my flight or a refund. 😡😡😡😡
