Useless airline

<p>Arrived at the airport at 1pm for my 2h40pm flight.... checked in and waited patiently.... I missed my flight.... how is that possible..... I was sitting patiently no name was called. Or can ppl not speak properly. I missed an important event as I sit now after paying additional for a new flight 3 hours later. What a useless bunch you have working for u. The plane was there and stationary yet I could not board. I am livid. I need to pay my last respects to friend and none of your staff can assist... Junaid the supervisor which the most *********** human ever. </p>
