Shocking!!! Comair / British Airways accepted my payment when I bought my ticket to Cape Town. And then they cancelled the flight. 1 week later I am still waiting for a refund or someone to even contact me.

When I rep**** to an email address, the response was that the email could not be delivered because the email box is full.

It seems their business model is now, try to book flights and if the flight is not full then cancel the flight and keep the money.

Please be warned. Do not use Comair / British Airways. Use Comair at your own risk.
