<p>A flight that was due for take off at 6:30PM and we are by boarding at 6:30. We waited a very long time before boarding. I will never use BA again. Flight BA 6228 July, 4th 18:30PM Gate 13A, DBN>JHB</p>

Thank you for your post.

Although the delay in boarding was due to the cleaners performing their cleaning tasks as the aircraft arrived late, we manage to minimize the delay impact by 28 minutes on this occasion.
