UNRELIABLE AIRLINE

British Airways is a joke! Flight has been delayed once again… On the 23rd September my flight was delayed by 5 hours… Now my flight on the 3 October has been delayed by 3 hours… British airways is extremely unreliable… no apologies or a reason as to why they are changing it… Plus I now have to pay to change my flight times… If you are wanting a reliable airline, British Airways is not it! Do not recommend them at all!
