Unbelievable

<p>I am very disappointed with the way my mother was treated with one of your escorts. She has a heart condition and back problem and we requested that she be assisted with a wheel chair at your offices as she was flying using your airline. The assistant came and was very rude. We requested for a wheel chair for her and she said you did not book for a wheel chair. My mother asked to book for it and she said no. Not only that she (the escort )was walking so fast such that my mother could not catch up and ended up dsypnoeic. Your escort even said sarcastically that next time book for a wheel chair! I mean guys come on. I paid a lot of money for your flights and you treat us like ****...</p>
