Unaccommodating service

I have been trying to contact BA regarding a refund on a changed flight and have been unsuccessful for a week now. Does anyone work at your call center????

BA changed a flight that was extremely unaccommodating and there was no way for me to request my refund.

I expect a full refund from non-service from BA. Please contact me.
