Unacceptable delays

My daughter’s flight has been delayed three times with no explanation. It was originally scheduled to leave at 18h30 but has now been delayed until 23.30. As a result she will only arrive in Cape Town at 01.30 tomorrow. She is a student at Stellenbosch so has to drive there in the early hours of Monday morning to be ready for lectures starting at 8.00. This is completely unacceptable. I will hold British Airways accountable should anything happen to her driving from Cape Town airport to Stellenbosch. Needless to say I will never use the airline again.
