Total Incompetence by Commair and Kulula.

I booked a Kulula flight for my family to tracel to CT to visit my elderly mom. The flight was cancelled by Commair due to Covid. 19 months later Commair(Kulula) cannot confirm the value of my credit and now other passengers have **********ly booked using my credit. I have never come accross such incompetence and apparent thievery.
