Ticketing staff go over and beyond expected

On 21 December flew at 9.50am to JHB from CPT. Very oddly, my husband left his drivers licence at home and had to go home to fetch it before being allowed on the flight. The attendant who checked us in and the 'manager' on that morning went out of their way to help ensure that all the luggage gets checked in under my & my 6 month old son's name. They waited until number 99 for my husband to return and escorted him to the flight ( he just made boarding) Unfortunately I did not get the names of the 2 who helped, but their willingness to go the extra mile blew me away. Especially at such a busy time of the year.

We absolutely LOVE flying BA and they are for sure our airline of choice :)
