<p>Hello </p> <p>I have received a discount voucher on 2 Oct 2015, valid for one year</p> <p>now the problem is , when i call Kulula to book a ticket, they need a reference number, this vooucher does not have reference number, </p> <p>secondly, Thuli has spelt my surname incorrectly</p> <p>thirdly, we can never get hold of her on telephone, left several messages</p> <p>fourthly, i mailed Thuli 3-4 times to respond, she doesnt, i told her to call me she dont </p> <p> </p> <p>is this the same Kulula , i knew , dont think so !</p> <p>Absolute terrible service , </p>
