Thoroughly unhelpful and humiliating service

Worst customer service ever at OR Tambo, for domestic flights, fly any other airline and it's a lot cheaper. For international flights fly airlines like Emirates, it's much morr superior service and costs less.

Kelebogile Mabote and Boitumelo Matseke take great pride in being rude, unhelpful and downright arrogant to impress colleagues. A simple matter which requires their word of mouth yes or no was actual not resolved and in fact the pair wasted valuable time to ensure missing a flight then rebooking on the next flight on a price difference that's three times the original price. Worthless airline, domestic flights are really short, it's not worth the pain, suffering, humiliation and monetary losss, do not fly with them.
