Thieving snakes

I booked international flights through Kulula using my Vitality benefits before lockdown. The tickets got cancelled due to Covid. I have been promised a refund, but I have been waiting for 16 weeks now. I cannot speak to anyone at Vitality Travel about it as they keep pushing me between contact centers and I have no way of escalating. Effectively they have ****** my money.
