they dont care

on my mind today is BRITISH AIRWAYS who charge you for pre seating and then as you are boarding they give your seat away to someone else under the pretext that you have been upgraded so after spendening R600.00 to be able to fly with your family you find yourself four rows up still in economy (so much for the so called upgrade). don't bother phoning to complain all they want to know is who changed the seating and why hell I don't know i was just moved from my paid for seat where i wanted to sit so that we could help to take care of our granddaughter who was traveling with us, they customer care line doesn't care they don't have a supervisor and they cancelled the call three times. BA you score zero points you took my money under false pretenses ??????????
