THEFT -URGENT ?

Hi myself and my husband is regular travellers and frequent flyers of British airways , one world we travel every second day Cape Town - Jhb

On our FLIGHT to JHB on the 07 April 2021 BA 6412 we waiting 45 minuted for our lounge to be put on the conveyor belt we waited at station point number 3 and I spotted people collected bags at number 8 which my lounge bag was instead of number 3 , nevertheless when I got to the hotel room and unpacked my lounge everything on the bag looked normal the cable tie was attached , while busy unpacking I realised things missing - 'Locaste perfume (husband ) , Chanel after shave (husband ) , Narciso Rodriques perfume ladies , polo white t-shirt (ladies) and Michelle herballin watch (husband ) . I then tried to call the airline but no luck I decided to logged a complaint 09 April 2021 when I went back to Cape Town after filling in the property irregularity report we went to checkin point and explained to the guy what has happened , he had such a bad attitude and said that this is a normal for perfume to get missing nowadays thats why they suggest you to carry it in your overnight lounge .

my question is if you leave it your lounge back does it give anyone the right to scratch and take out your personal belongings .

its the 16th April 2021 and we still didn't get any feedback from the airline as yet .
