Theft!!

British Airways operated by Comair does not even deserve 1 star! In 2020 I flew with them and not only was my connecting flight to capetown delayed but when I arrived at my hotel I realized my bags had been broken into and 3 of my human hair wigs valued at over R12,000 were ******. I then went on to open a police case as advised by BA only to be informed that this is an on going thing! BA then advised that they would not compensate me for the loss of my items but would replace my luggage. Till this day I have not had my luggage replaced!
