Terribly Unreliable!

If you are travelling for business, do not book British Airways or Kulula. Two flights have been delayed today, there is no back up plan. The aircraft that we are set to travel on will only be repaired from 5 pm as a part is being transported from JHB to CT. The fight was meant to leave at 12 noon - and we are receiving no information or any updates. There is no expectations management from any of the staff. They have lost people's luggage in all the mess with boarding and having to disembark. There are people who were meant to fly out at at 10 am. The only crisis management that could be offered is a lousy R100 meal voucher.
