Terrible treatment of pregnant lady and **** to

I had the most terrible experience travelling with BA yesterday!! I checked into my flight (BA6427) the day before and printed my boarding passes. I always do this the day before so that i can select my seats. Even more so now as I am pregnant. I am uncomfortable, need space and need to get up to go to the bathroom a few times during the flight. Which is why I selected my aisle seat (4C). Also, this was closest to the front so that i could get off the plane quicker and get home sooner (I travelled to Joburg for the day for work so wanted to make it back in time before my son went to bed).

When I boarded the flight, I was informed that my seat had been changed to 7B. The reason was that they needed to make sure a family with minors sat together. No one had contacted me requesting whether this was ok! Also, if you were going to move me for this reason, then you at least need to move me to a similar seat, ie an aisle seat and not a middle seat.

When I got on the plane, I couldn't believe what I saw. there was no family sitting in my seat or that row but rather 3 business men. I had been **** to!!! The worst part is that another man on the flight had been moved and he had been told the exact same lie so clearly you do this often and lie about it! It is absolutely shocking that you just move people after they book their seats but unacceptable and disgraceful that we are **** to about it!

The cabin crew and ground staff were completely useless and couldn't care less. Even after explaining that I was pregnant and had specifically book an aisle seat as I am pregnant they didn't care. Their response (and the pilots response) was to either sit in the seat I was now assigned or get off the plane. Are you actually kidding me?! Is this how pregnant women are treated by BA?

Eventually one air hostess took pity and managed to put me in an aisle seat at the back of the plane (needless to say I subsequently missed my son's bed time)

This is the most disgusting treatment that I have received by BA. Not only just moving me, but lying and treating a pregnant woman that way.
