Terrible service and planning

So myself, my 4 year old, my sister and her husband booked a flight from OR Tambo to King Shaka. Departure time 7Am. Planning on being in Durban by 8am latest for breakfast and staring my sons birthday weekend. This is our first time flying and our exitement turned to irritation as we now only depart at 8h45. I am diabetic so my whole system is upside down as my eat schedule is now messed up anf my insulin is not in a fridge, out of the fride for one hour is one thing 3 hours, this means my meds will go bad. My child is obviously difficult as now we are stuck at an airport which is not child friendly. Phoned Kulula and Brittish airways. No apology, no compensation. Really irritated with bad planning. My childs first holiday starts with fights trying to keep him calm. Will not book with them ever again.
