Terrible experience

Had a terrible experience flying with Kulula today (also comair). Flight was delayed, eventually we were given an unbranded plane which 20min after takeoff had to be turned around due to mechanical failure. After sitting on the plane/bus for another 2 hours we eventually got a new unbranded plane, and arrived at our destination 4 hours late. No attempt was made to apologize except for a brief apology by the captain.

Will not be using them again soon
