Terrible Customer Service

I have been struggling more than 6 weeks now to get my voucher / refund for a ticket purchased just before Covid struck. I have had LONG phone calls where I was assured every time I will receive my voucher within 7-10 working days.

To date - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

This has once again delayed my plans and now dates and plane prices have changed.
