TAKING YOUR JOB
LAST NIGHT I WAS AT THE BRITISH AIRWAYS TICKET SALES COUNTER TO PAY FOR A BOOKING. ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS THERE SHOUTED AT ME. I WANT SOMEONE THERE TO CONTACT ME ASAP OTHERWISE I GO TO NEWS PAPERS WITH MY COMPLAINT.
