supervisor not attending to customer needs

On 7 June 2015 I had to get on a 9am flight to JHB. I arrived 40 to 35 minutes prior to my departure time, yet on my way to the airport I realized that i had no identification with me (so here i know i was at fault). At the check in i explained my situation and the attendant contacted a supervisor in order for her to assist me with an email adres so a certified copy of my id can be mailed to the specific email. As we all know time is of most importance before a flight, the supervisor decided to be of assistance after 15 minutes of waiting for her, she practically leans on the counter and asks how she can be of assistance. She then supp**** me with the email adres, looked at the time and told me that i would have to wait for the next flight because it is now too late for me to get on that specific one, as any other person my first response is that i would now probably have to pay a penalty which i felt was her fault from the start because she was not available at the time that i as the customer nor the clerk at the check in needed assistance. Needless to say, i had to pay another R800 to get on the flight, not one sorry for waiting and she def saw how upset i was! Worst service ever
