****** Jacket

<p>I flew Comair operating as Kulula from Johannesburg to Durban today. I forgot a K-way jacket in the hold above my seat upon disembarking in Durban. I know for a fact it was left in the hold as I remember very deliberately packed by it on a very full flight. As I got to baggage collection I reported my jacket to the Kulula desk, the man there proceeded to phone someone on the aircraft to check. Upon finding nothing, the people at the desk casually instructed me to open a case at the charge office as it "was most likely the cleaners." I (not the people at the desk) offered to leave my details in case anything comes up. They gave me a torn-off piece of paper on which I scratched out my details. I won't be flying comair or Kulula again after the treatment I've experienced.</p>
