On 17 June we were onboard flight BA6302 My daughter and I were traveling with 3 small children and one of them was watching a movie on my phone In the confusion and struggle to disembark with 3 children she put my phone in the packet containing the snacks and my hubby thought the packet contained ******* and left it As soon as we reached the hall I realised my cell was gone and he left the bag We immediately went to the desk and they sent someone to check He returned with the packet that was retrieved from the cleaning crew who removed all the uneaten snacks as well as the phone. They made sure to leave the papers. It's shocking to think that airline staff would do something like this and off course I don't have insurance so all I got was "we are sorry" Maybe the staff and patrons should know you have ********* working for British Airways
