****** belongings from British Airways

Hello Peter

Last week Tuesday I took a flight with British Airways from Cape Town to East London by the time I got home and opened my suitcase my wigs were missing. Funny how I was asked if I locked my bag and they gave me a tag to lock my bag with.

At first I wanted to be sure what if Ive left them behind and now I got home there were no wigs and I was 100% sure that I packed them. I have travelled with other airlines with my wigs packed in my suitcase and nothing bad would happen nor have any complains about my bags and now my first experience with British Airways this happens.

I tried contacting them they seem not to have a direct email address and their service is not okay cause I tried calling but still no answer.

If I would just get my wigs back or claim for them I would appreciate that.
