Staff screaming at passenger!

Now isn't it embarrassing when a British Airways staff member screams at a passenger "Hey, please do not try to cut the line". I was not trying to cut any line merely trying to get my ticket and ID from my mother. Her name is Annah. I was on the 10h30 flight from Durban to Cape Town. Pathetic really!!! I hope to never fly with this airline again.
