Sloppy Operation

<p>British Airways runs a sloppy operation.</p> <p> </p> <p>On my flight out they changed boarding gates without notifying passengers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Right now the flight is delayed by 90 mins! The strward at the check-in counter says "these things happens". </p> <p> </p> <p>It's true that they do, especially when you've lost 90 minutes in your flight schedule because the operation you run is lack lustre and plain down sloppy.</p> <p> </p> <p>So much for first world service.</p>
