simply the best

I would like to just say that I work in the service industry and at time my expectation bar is set high, they is a lovely lady working at BA King shaka check inn services , it is simply the best , and she went out of her way to assist and explain and she took such great time and pleasure in what she does it made me want to cry with happiness,.<br> <br> I was thinking about it and for some they may find that check inn people is a paddle pushers job , but this woman is destined for great things she was extremely pleasant and even when we wanted to tip her she refused saying it is against policy , wow keep it up.
