Shocking Service from BA Comair and Kulula

Hi everyone. Just a word of warning. I wish I had gone onto Hello Peter and reviewed BA ,Com Air also flying under Kulula. We flew our son up for the weekend as a Surprise for his Dads birthday weekend and the flight was so delayed that he only arrived at midnight. This destroyed our whole weekend. They refuse to refund our flight because he boarded even though he had no choice. I have since discovered this is their party trick, if they do not have enough passengers for a full flight the delay and delay till they meet their quota. Upon googling comair this is what i found as recently as March 22 What is happening with Comair?
