Shocking service comair/Kulula

Pathetic call center. Get cut off when on hold. I have a receipt, proof of payment, booking reference but no one can find my flight. I booked through Kulula but wont help cause it's a BA flight. Absolutely shocking, I am about to leave on holiday & no one answers or helps. DO NOT USE them. I have never had an issue with SAFAIR. I was on hold first time for 24min, cut off. Now on hold again for 31min, no help!!! What the hell am I supposed to do!!
