SHOCKING SERVICE, AVOID.....

Shocking service, they cancel flights, change times, change pre-booked seats all at short notice. Its not the first time I have had a terrible experience with British Airways. You will wait on hold at the call center just for your call never to be answered. Use FlySafair 100% better service.
