Shocking service and stupid rules

Bought a return ticket last year to visit my sister in JHB. 2 days in JHB British Airways closed their airlines for COVID. Had to fly back later with SafAir. Have got R800 on that ticket to use. Want to fly my daughter down from Durban who i havent seen in over a year. British Airways DONT do name changes. Only I can use the ticket and I have to book before 4th of May. Absolutely pathetic. I didn't close the airline yet I had to fork out money to buy another ticket. Youd think they would assist with your problem seeing as they caused it. So not happy at all. Think serice is shocking
