Shocking customer relations service!

Really poor service from the customer relations team. Promised a refund almost a month ago and still nothing has happened. Customer relations takes longer than the 48 working hours to reply. Have been emailing with a consultant who has just gone quiet as if avoiding me. Really disappointed in British airways Comair.
