Seperate Seating
Dear British Airways,
We flew back from Durban to Johannesburg yesterday using British Airways. The was a slight delay, but that's not the issue. Our flight was supposed to depart at 17:55pm. We checked in 16:30pm. We checked in as a family of 3, (my husband, my daughter & I). On the plan, we realised that we were not all seated together, I specifically asked at check in if my daughter could have the window seat. On the plane, we realised that the window seats were taken, I sat in the middle between a another person & out my daughter in the isle seat, my husband was booked on a another seat. The person , an adult , wasn't kind enough to allow my daughter to at least sit by the window. Anyways ... such chaos ... but we got to Johannesburg fine.

Please can your checking in staff allow families to sit together.

Very disappointed!!
