Seatbelt sign

Yesterday we were on board to Johannesburg. I paid more than double another airline quoted and that for two tickets because I was thinking of the quality of service and safety. <br> <br> On our landing to johannesburg the pilots never switched on the seat belt sign. This causes for major concern, most people do not listen to the announcements what I'd someone stood up during our bumpy landing. When I approached the cabin attendant she said to me she knows about it and she thinks that it is a danger. So she knows about it yet fails to act. So I'm asking myself If the sign was forgot to put on what else can the pilots forget?<br> <br> Disgusted in British Airways. The low cost airlines I've flown with in past are way better
