Gooday I would like to recommend the exceptional service delivery received at British airways at King shaka, I take my hat off for their outstanding service delivery in a time of need. Without hesitation they accommodated my 85yr old grandmother. To Noelen and team you guys understand the meaning of stronger together. Ubuntu.... Words cannot express our gratitude. Halala may you guys be blessed abundantly for rescuing the day with assistance. You guys made it possible for an old pensioner to say her last goodbye to her deceased son. Much respect. Unfortunately I can't say the same to mango airways that blatantly refused to assist. Hopefully British airways can teach Mango airways a thing or two of costumer service.
