Rude Hostess on BA 6304 to Cape Town

I had the most unpleasant experience while travelling from Durban to Cape Town on 5th April 2021, on BA 6304. I was on the last row (30C) and when I was putting my bag on the compartment I was harshly stopped by one of the hostesses because apparently no one is allowed to use it. She rudely instructed me to put it under the seat in front of me. When I asked her to repeat because I hadn't heard what she said, she asked a fellow passenger to explain to me in Zulu. As if being talked down at was not harsh enough. This ruined the rest of my 2 hour flight, and I had to just sit and close my eyes to fight back the tears. That moment I even considered never ever using British Airways if that is how badly passengers are treated.
