Rude flight attendant

On Saturday 18 May on flight BA6398 my child (19months) were refused a meal, on the flight to Mauritius on May 11th BA6399 the flight attendant offered us a 3rd meal with no hassels whatsoever, the rude flight attendant who refused to give me her name, told me to my face to SHUTUP.... after I told her that i find it ridiculous that they are refusing my child food. The entire flight was uncomfortable and when we landed in Jhb i spoke to the Pilot Francois Mienie who also refused to give me her name. After a wonderful holiday in Mauritius i have to sit on a 4 hour flight were someone told me to shutup, I will not leave this here as she had NO right to speak to me like that! She is extremely unprofessional and ********* and I cannot wrap my head around the fact that people like that gets employed!! This was the worst flight and experience and I sincerely hope that whoever is in charge takes the correct steps! I have witnesses who also heard how rude she spoke to me and like i said i am not leaving this here.
