rotten food served on flight

I was booked on the BA6200 on the morning of 14/11/2019. they served mini banana loaf, juice and I cant recall what else. the banana loaf had a mold on it. i was very disappointed by this a we pay a lot for these flights. the expiry date had not passed though. i returned all the food as is to the flight attendant when she collected the dirt. what a waste...
