Requested business class seats ... Get economy

Pls see my earlier complaint as add the following comments. I can not accept your latest comments as being final<br> <br> Pls double check the call. I categorically requested business class seats. Your call Centre made the mistake and I have it in writing from BA that they admitted to the mistake and offered me a mere R3000 refund, which for 6 people is surely not good enough
