Refunds Delays

Experienced Terrible service booked a flight from Zimbabwe to South Africa CapeTown on the 2nd of January.On checking in they told me my ticket has been cancelled and I should book again, reason for cancellation was not explained was just told the money will be reversed. Up to now no money has been sent back to me 🤦. I didn’t expect this from British airways
